WordPress Developer and Creative Designer

Job Description:

• Manage, maintain, and update WordPress websites, including plugins, themes, and content to ensure smooth operation

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical errors, bugs, and downtime issues efficiently

• Optimize website performance, including speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience

• Perform regular backups and implement website security measures

• Design and create new WordPress pages, layouts, and templates as needed

• Develop visually appealing social media posts and digital creatives aligned with brand guidelines

• Work with design tools like Figma and Canva to produce high-quality graphics

• Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, user-friendly, and follow best UI/UX practices

• Collaborate with the team on creative and technical improvements to enhance online presence

• Maintain documentation for website processes, updates, and troubleshooting steps

• Stay updated with WordPress trends, plugins, and design best practices to continuously improve websites

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing and maintaining WordPress websites

• Strong understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, and site architecture

• Ability to troubleshoot errors, fix bugs, and optimize website performance

• Experience with website backups, security, and performance optimization

• Proficiency in designing new pages and layouts within WordPress

• Strong design skills and experience with Figma and Canva

• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design best practices

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web standards

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently
